Can you guide me on how to do it? Like once I get a new sim card so I just go into my profile and edit that sim card number to the new one and it will automatically work? or do I have to activate the new one first, select a new number for it then go into my profile and edit the sim number?

once you have a new sim, just log in to your account, as directed, then you can update the sim to continue great service...no need to start a new account.

Yes, you can and there's isn't any need to open a ticket (unless you run into problem with this process).  Go the Profile area and where it says SIM card number, click on the pencil/edit icon.

Not having the device doesn't mean that the customer can't log in.  All customers should be using the chatbot to open tickets before trying to send a private message directly to CS_Agent.  Sending a private message int eh above manner will result in the customer receiving slower service.
