I lost my phone and I need to transfer my current number to my new sim card, how can I do this?

once you have a new sim, just log in to your account, as directed, then you can update the sim to continue great service...no need to start a new account.

Yes, you can and there's isn't any need to open a ticket (unless you run into problem with this process). Go the Profile area and where it says SIM card number, click on the pencil/edit icon.

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.
Not having the device doesn't mean that the customer can't log in. All customers should be using the chatbot to open tickets before trying to send a private message directly to CS_Agent. Sending a private message int eh above manner will result in the customer receiving slower service.
