Call recording

My phone (samsung A53) should support call recording but has no option for that. Is that something that is controlled and supported by Public Mobile?

Hey @Dyrret 

Due to privacy laws here in Canada under the Canadian Criminal Code, Samsung disabled the use of Call Recording. You can however, look into getting apps from Google Play that may work or you may need to find an APK site to side load it.

@Dyrret  if you mean that you want to be able to voice record your conversations, that is something that is hardware functional, and if your specific phone doesnt have the capability, there are a few apps you can download that offer that feature.  It is not a function of the service providers. Hope this helps
