Lost phone. Need 2 activate new SIM card

Lost my phone. Bought a new SIM card. Can’t get into my banking or my email without it verifying two step to my phone number which I can’t access. I’m just trying to activate this card on my new phone so I am able to access my own personal accounts. Found another automated phone contact for public mobile but when I entered my phone number when asked  it didn’t recognize it.  Kind of crazy that we can’t even contact someone other than posting a general question on their website.

Also want to point out, since you didn't mentioned what phones you purchased as replacements, you may wish to check the imei numbers on the volte checker to make sure they'll work with pm.
