Lost my sim and can't login to my public mobile account attached to my sim

I have lost my sim card and because of that I cannot login to my public mobile account that is attached to my sim/phone number as the 6 digit verfication keeps sending it to my phone number and not my email.
I had to make this account so I can get access to the community customer service feature in order to get in contact with someone that can help me with this problem.

Thanks, I tried but it only gives me the option to resend code to my phone number through text or through voice mail. I will contact CS agent and hopefully have the issue resolved!

on that security code screen, click "Didn't receive code" and send email should be there
