Hi,
I have been out of country due to emergency for a while. I just returned and was unable to retrieve my phone number back because my account was suspended.
I want to retrieve my phone number as I have everything associated to that number (accounts etc).
Is it possible to request to retrieve that phone number if I subscribe again?

get a new PM sim, download the free PM app to activate a new PM account, taking a new number for now. Once you're up and running, message Customer Support to see if your old number is available to you. ( You could try dialing that number to see if it's been re-assigned to someone else...if so, you're outta luck)

Try dm a CS_Agent to see if it can be retrieved. Your number will be put on hold for 90 days before it is open for new members that wants your number. You might want to call your number to see if it hasn’t been assigned to a member.

I would also suggest you lookup your number to confirm it is a Telus number.

Contact PM and ask. But it could be in use by someone else

If your account is suspended for more than 90 days. Your number will be returned to the carrier you originally got the number from. If the number is from Telus or Koodo or PM, there is a slim chance you might retrieve it back. If it is from another carrier...it is gone.

If it's been more then 90 days it's not likely. If it's been less the number still your just resubscribe and your good to go
