  • Hello please im trying to login to my account in order for me to renew the new cycle, but they asked me to identify myself through email by send me codes, i dont have access to thay email anymore can pleaE help me login to my account and identify me through my phone or something else, ive been having that phone number for 4 years

@Wafaa022   just open ticket with PM CS agent to reset the login to My Account.  They can help you to update the email address  Once you get back into My Account, you can then reset your PIN.

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

go to your private messag type  CS_Agente

to get support team, to change email,

 

there a option for SMS you can getting the code,

 

you will get verification code and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 3 second automatically be login.

Just have the code sent to your phone by text.

It is a lot quicker.

You have to contact agent to update your email

Isn't there an SMS option? If you let the account suspend for more than 90 days then you would lose the number. You're not there yet.
