Name and credit card change

I need to change the credit card information as well as my name on my account.

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

Login Page  to update credit card number, expiry date,and CVV.  you no need to enter name on or address, 

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 3 second automatically be login,

The profile information doesn't matter. It can be anything. You might even have a blank city and then the list of cities is limited and your city might not be there. Just don't bother with the profile.

You can change your name by clicking on Profile tab.  Then edit your name. 

For credit card updating, it might be best to use either desktop or laptop for now. PM is aware of a glitch that using mobile or tablet, the credit card update gets denied.  PM is working on solution.

these are the actual steps,

• go to Payment page,
• click "Manage Payment Method",
• then click Update Card Information,
• and then you can enter the new Card number, expiry date, postal code and CVV.  You no longer need to enter name on the card or address

You can now update your credit card info on My Account easily, just login My Account, go to payment tab and you can make the update there
