Hello.
How do I recover from a forgotten email ?
I have phone SIM work around and changed the account password , but I cannot remember what email I used in setup.
Thanks
Andy

@andydyke- The email address here is just a login id. It can even be fake. As long as you can login it's fine. If you change the password and use the SMS option then you should be able to login. So I'm confused as to what the problem is.
Then yes you would want to ask support to change it in the account. But until then you can still log in.

Hi @andydyke you will need to seek help from CS Agent to change the email address used:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Hello.
That's my dilemma.
I cannot access the email that I used to setup the account, however I can change the password on the account by sending a txt message to the phone itself which is an option with pswd reset.
This however does not actually get me access to the account to make the changes that I need too, since I still need the email address.
Any further ideas gratefully accepted.

@andydyke you can try to use Reset Password link on the login page and enter all email addresses you have and see which one will get the email from PM for resetting the password
If that dioesn't work, PM Support is your friend, just open them a ticket
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
2. Or Private message to the CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
