How do I let PM know I had to cancel my credit card and won't have new one for a week, therefore missing payment?

You can also buy, for a fee, a Vanilla Mastercard that will work on PM. Once your new one arrives then switch to it. 

Do  not buy  a My Vanilla card.

Hi @cae   you don't have to let PM knows.  But you need to get the payment issue sorted out or your service will be interruped

You can get vouchers from stores and the load fund using *611 or My Account

or you can also get voucher online from recharge.com with a small fee

You can also go to some store for Retail top-up with a $1 fee

Once you get your new card go into self service and you can update your cc information. If you miss a payment your services will become suspended until you pay. You can pick up a voucher.
