I ordered a SIM and it never arrived so I went into a store to pick up one in person. Is there a way for me to reimbursed through my account for the SIM that never came?

Do the chatbot. It will lead you to a form to fill in. Then a CSA will private message you. They will give 2 options based on their decision....1. Reorder to ship 2 more. ..... 2. You pay for one at corporate store, you use it to activate an account, you advise the CSA of the new account, and CSA will credit your balance by $10. It’s a no brainer..take option 1.

I will open a ticket with Chatbot to see if I can get credit to my account. I waited well over the 10 days and it never arrived and I needed it quickly so I went into a store to pick up a SIM in person.

@hai5 how long you have waited the sim ? If it has been over 10 days, I would message PM support and ask. Explain to them you need it quickly and cannot wait further as they failed to deliver within 5-10 business days as they suggested when you bought it
