Need help! Porting freedom mobile

@Sonamkaur   are you porting from Freedom or porting to?

 

if porting into PM, there is a number to call, but you have to call tomorrow morning as the call centre is now closed.  I will message the number, check your Community inbox

You can contact an agent using the chatbot.  Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.

@Sonamkaur what sort of error are you getting?  Are you using the IMEI or the Freedom account Number?
