I have lost my iphone15 today.  The telephone number of the iPhone is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  Please reach out to me on my husbands iPhone xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ASAP.  I have reached out to APPLE but they were unable to help me locate this iPhone 15.  They advise me to reach out to you my “carrier”.

When it come to contacting a Public Mobile customer support agent, there is no real time discussion, so even if the customer support agent is able to provide an approximate last pinged lcoations based on cell phone signal triagulation, the infromation would be outdated by the time the customer receives that infromation.  In additon, someone finding the device might have already removed the Public Mobile SIM card.

Public Mobile does not offer over the phone customer service.  Also, please do not post your contact infromation here as it can be seen by anyone with an internet connection, including anyone who you may not wish to provide the information to.  Your best bet at finding the device is to use Apple's Find My app.  This is a service provided by Apple.  Sadly, the odds of device recovery are likley low.
