Recently transferred phone from Bell to Public Mobile. Number transfer was not successful. Outgoing calls are working but incoming calls. Text messaging is working (incoming and outgoing).

Was this a BELL Cell Number or a Landline Number?
Landline can take up to 7 days to complete the porting process. Incoming calls are always the last to port over.
Ensure you do not cancel your Bell account until the porting is complete.

Try powering off the phone to reboot it.

X out the last 4 digits of course. Just speaking for myself and the recent clearer understanding of the porting limitations, is all. Although nor did I see what was x'd out.
In this case, there was no phone number in the message, but I understand your suggestion.

You could try contacting the porting department.

.. it should work soon if you have already replied Bell text message.
Just reboot your phone every 30 mins and it will come up anytime.

Keep your Bell Mobility SIM card (if it's a wireless account) and reply to the text message sent by Bell to approve the transfer. Wait about 2 to 3 hours for completion. If it still doesn't work for incoming calls, please ask the moderators for help by going to: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
