Incorrect Data Usage

I have 1GB data. I switched it on March 14. March 18 I got notified I have reached my data limit. I’ve only used about 50 MB though, and the usage breakdown confirms that. But my total data is spent. What is wrong?

Clear cache on your browser before login online or login on the PM app and swipe down on the screen to refresh.
Extra Add-on data is $15 for 1gb and $30 for $30.

Login your account then on the Subscription tab>Shop Add-on and scroll down to Canada data add-on.

Thanks DDM69. The issue is not my device though, it’s PM. They send me messages my data is exhausted, and I can buy additional 1GB for $40 😞

Try rebooting your device.  Make sure there is no data limit set on your device.
