I have lost my SIM card and my account is not completely activated so when I try to log in it want to send me a code to the number but since I lost SIM card this is impossible. I need help!

It's usually only corporately owned and operated Telus locaitons that will carry Public Mobile SIM cards. Many locations will be using the Telus Mobility banner but are actually franchised locations.

Yes they should have them for sale from a Telus or Koodo store for $10. Or you can order one from Amazon for $4.99.
Since you didn’t complete activation. You can start from scratch on the PM app.

@Andreterio23 get a replacement PM Sim card from local Telus/Koodo store first and then message support for help
