Lost SIM card account not completely activated

I have lost my SIM card and my account is not completely activated so when I try to log in it want to send me a code to the number but since I lost SIM card this is impossible.  I need help!

I'm not certain if this was previously mentioned but you can also order a Physical SIM directly from Amazon!

Otherwise, you can pick up a physical SIM card from a nearby store. To find out which stores near you sell physical SIM cards, you can go to https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/pick-up-SIM and enter our postal code. The site will then suggest stores that sell SIM cards and are closest to you.

 It's usually only corporately owned and operated Telus locaitons that will carry Public Mobile SIM cards.  Many locations will be using the Telus Mobility banner but are actually franchised locations.

I activated it but did not complete account activation so it wants to send a code Ty -Noel which I don’t have access

Yes they should have them for sale from a Telus or Koodo store for $10. Or you can order one from Amazon for $4.99.

Since you didn’t complete activation. You can start from scratch on the PM app.
