Hi there,
I have travelled to India a few days back and I was trying to change the SIM with an Indian#, and during this process I mislalced my PM SIM card.
1. I want to make sure I am not charged roaming or other fees
2. I want to deactivate my lost SIM
3. I want to order a new SIM (with same #) to replace the lost one, and delivered to my home in toronto.
Please advise.

Are you near a local Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik store? If so you can go in person and buy a new sim. Or order from Amazon for $5. Or if your phone is esim compatible you can download an esim instantly.
Once you have a new sim you simply login to your account and change the sim number. Your phone number is tied to your account, so as soon as you update the sim the number moves over seamlessly.

@AnandME 3. I want to order a new SIM (with same #)
When you get your new sim you just need to log in to your account and change the sim card number there to the new one. That's how you keep the same phone number.

@AnandME no worries, Public Mobile does not offer roaming outside of Canada/US/Mexico so you will not be billed extra. If you sign into your Public Mobile app or online account you can turn on "Lost phone" option. And for SIM, best to order one from Amazon and have it shipped to your Toronto address, will cost $5.00

HI @AnandME
PM has no roaming in India, so no worry
you can try to login My Account and put your account in Lost Stolen mode. Just use email to receive 2FA (click Didn't receive code and ask to send email)
if you cannot login, ask support to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:

For sim card, since you are not in Canada now, best to ask Amazon to ship to home
