Having trouble logging in to Public Mobile. I can’t confirm that it’s me logging in.

you checked your spam folder?

do a search for "Public Mobile"

 

if you still cannot get the code, open ticket with CS agent

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@ChristineClarke Have you checked a junk folder of your email?  I've used email and for me it's been pretty reliable.  You're checking the same email address you're logging in with?

It wants to send me a 6 digit code to sms or email. My sms is not working yet because I’m transferring from a land line which takes 5-7 business days and I get no code on email. Thx!
