If you used the same email address as on this Community. Click on your avatar top right>My Settings and it will show your email.
Also do a search in your archives on your possible emails for the “Welcome to PM” email.

Try the password reset feature.
Whether or not you need to contact support is entirely dependent on whether you can access the correct e-mail address you need to in order to reset the login credentials.
If you just want to change the e-mail login information regardless, then yes, you'll need customer support to do that.
If you just want to access your self-serve account, try the forgot password option. It's here:

On the sign-in page, use the "forgot password" option for every possible e-mail address you have (there can't be that many...).
The one which results in a 'hit' will send that e-mail address a password reset link. Use that e-mail (presuming you still have access to the e-mail account) to reset the login credentials.
Remember that prior to logging in to the self-serve site, always best to clear cache and cookies, and open an incognito tab, as the self-serve site has terrible caching issues.
