Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@Loki95 are you using Saved Password from broswer?
If so, try this : after you picked your saved password from the list, DO NOT click login. The browser will login automatically for you and you should be good

if you are trying to login from a device which stores your login credentials, sometimes these devices will automatically try to log you in after these fields auto fill. If yours does this, do not tap the sign in button and allow the system to automatically log you in. Otherwise you will get an error message every time.

@Loki95 - like just a cache/website issue as @Handy1 says, but just in case, when was the last time you made a payment on this account?
If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, or ported your Public Mobile number to another provider, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to My Account.

@Loki95 Try again incognito mode private mode there cache issues also if device has stored email and pass let device sign you in automatically and don’t hit log in
edit also if you know the PIN number to your account you can 611 or with voucher no pin needed to make payment
