Hello I'm up to date on payment yet it's saying I have no minutes. Wont let me call anyone. Data isn't working neither

Definitely not the plan...lol. Im familiar with plans etc...some is definitely off but I'll try again later. Thank you for your time.

@mar5 so are you on the limited calling out plan? Because it seems like that is the case.

 

Do incoming calls work? Or are you in an area with outage right now?

If you’re on the $15 plan, you only have 100 outgoing calling minutes and a small data allotment of 250 MB.

 

Could you have possibly exceeded these allotments?

 

If so, you can purchase add-ons to supplement to the next renewal or consider renewing early.

 

In order to do that, you can ask the customer support agents to renew on the same plan.

 

Another consideration is to consider switching plans to a higher calling and data allotment. If you are going to do this, best to schedule on next renewal versus immediately as there is no proration of the current plan.

@mar5  Are you on the $15 plan or unlimited minute plan also did you get the more is merrier data add on and mins should be able to use them if you haven’t already

only other thing maybe try putting your preferred network to 3G and see if this helps if not already and of course reboot also

I went into incognito already and my PC, same up to date info on there. I refreshed it as well. Turned my phone off and on. Still saying I have no minutes

Yes it showing active. The message I get is I have no minutes

@mar5 are you able to receive incoming calls and send/receive texts?

 

Did you add '1' to the number you are calling? If the call connects than you can ignore the message.

 

But no data?

 

Try:

  • restart your phone
  • toggle into and out of airplane mode
