I am having trouble logging into my account. When I try it just brings to the home screen in public mobile. How do I fix this?

I have found it takes an inordinate amount of time to get to the landing page upon sign in.

It  has taken me anywhere from 5-30 seconds, which doesn’t sound like a long time, however when you’re staring at your screen, it’s an eternity. 🤣

This website is finicky and has caching issues.  

Might need to wait one hour to try again since if you try multiple times, you may be locked out. 

Try again by first clearing cache, incognito mode or a different web browser.  Or try a different device or try using the PM app.
