I have 2 different accounts with 2 different sim cards. I am able to login to one of them, but I am unable to login to the other account. Email and password are correct, but when hit the login button, the login page goes back to the same login page and nothing happens. Can anybody check what is going wrong?

Yes, I mean autofill. The spellcheck on my computer was doing it.

I'm sure that you mean autofill. Autopay doesn't affect logging in, just in case the OP interpreted your message literally.

If you are using Autofill when entering your email and password. It won’t allow you to login. You need to manually enter the email and password.

@Anonymous
Maybe the one of the account has the "correct" cache info for successful login.
I would try the previous suggestions. BTW, do you have the PM app installed on each phone? That would also help avoid caching issues.

@Anonymous
Each account should have its own different email address for login.
The website has caching issues. You can clear cache on your web browser, try incognito/private mode or a different web browser. Or even try a different device.
