I recently got a problem with my phone that has associated with public mobile account, so had to reset the phone. right no public mobile related information in the phone left. I tried to login to my account but it is asking verification code that was sent to the phone. So I have no way to login my account. Please fix this issue or suggest a solution.

I was able to contact one of the PM agent and he solved my problem. Thanks for all your help.

Ask PM to sort it out for you. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

yes, in the "verification step", only sms will work (some might told you to try to get it via email, it won't work). So, you need PM support agent to help. you can submit ticket by direct message:

@Joshuainchill when attempting to log in, do you have the option to resend code to your email?
