I purchased a subscription and a sim card from Public Mobile Amazon store. I activated the sim and selected a phone number. Everything went fine. But when I put the sim, it didn’t show up on the phone. I tried bunch of phones and same issue. Now I am unable to do a sim swap because my account is linked to the old sim card and I am unable to receive text messages for my account login. @CS_Agent

You have to complete activation using PM app as a last step. Did you do that?

For your account log-in, there is an option of "didn't get the code" and then have it sent via email.

the phone not see your sim or it sees it but does not connect?
