When was the last time your friend logged into his account online? I want to say March of this year, Public Mobile changed to using EverSafe to increase security for it's members. If they have already signed in and created an account, tell them to go to their browser settings and clear the cache, close the browser and try again. If they haven't set up an account with EverSafe, they will need to create one. Let us know if you still need more help.

He can purchase vouchers from 7-11, Canadian Tire, London Drugs, She’ll, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples then dial 611 and enter the voucher number.

@Sniktaw751 have they created a new eversafe ID ? If so they can tap resend code after times to code sent to email instead . your friend can try reset password option to log in . Or if they know then4digit pin on account *611 or get payment vouchers and *611 no pin needed for that . And finally you can get assistance from support
