Trying to login to both mine and the boyfriends account. It won't let me in. Says "Page expired"

How in world am I supposed to try and reactivate my accounts? This fully online help is for the birds. So I have no phone until I can login and lord only knows when that will be

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.
