My father had set up his and my mothers cell phones years ago. He passed away and have no info to get into my mothers account. The card on the account expired. How do I get her info to change the payment? Thanks.

@Tantor sorry to hear that.
To login to an account, you need the email and address and password.
If you or her doesn't know it then you can click on the link below to get the assistance of Public Mobile. Only registered users can access information.
You would need to successfully pass thier validation questions to gain access. Usually questions like name on the account, phone number, pin, payment etc. Once that that's done, you can login and change the card on file via the Manage Subscription tab.
