when will u return the money I paid in July as over payment doesn't credit the account.  

I've asked on chat but it's been closed because u expect someone to dit at tge app for a day waiting for an answer back

not practical

when will I recieve my funds

Please note that all members that was on the Legacy Rewards have been switched to the Points Reward program and everything is converted to points rather than dollar values since May. Also no more $2 credit for being on AutoPay. You will get 5% in Points based on your monthly bill.

So login to your account and check your points in your account. Once you have 15 points…you can redeem for a $15 credit to your next bill.

you don't have to talk to computer, you just have to put in the proper ticket and PM support agent (real person) will reply and help

submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
