I login in but get the unauthorized message

Sometimes I get that too.
Use computer, clear cookies, use incognito mode.

If you're using a computer, go into your settings and clear the cache cookies and history. Then restart your browser and try logging in again.
If you're using the app on the phone, go into your settings then applications, find the PM app and clear the cache and data. Then try logging in again.
If those aren't working for you, in the mean time you can purchase a Voucher at a place like Shoppers Drug Mart and then dialing 611 and loading it.
If you still can't log in, you can create a ticket.
