Any idea if this is maintenance, or if it will end soon?

Ok wow this isn't good. Not only did unscheduled maintenance start before midnight eastern but calling 611 you are met with just silence. Calling 1 855 4PUBLIC gets you the usual greeting but once prompted to enter your 10 digit phone # you are also met with silence.
I hope no one loses their account and phone number tonight?!!

It is a little early for unscheduled maintenance. It usually doesn't occur until after midnight eastern. I hope no one is on day 89/90 of suspension trying to make a last minute payment?

happens to me too. Yes, it is kind of normal, PM has log of late night unannounced maintenance
You will have to wait for tomorrow to do it.
if your plan is going to renewal tomorrow early morning, then you might need to ask PM support agent to change it for you After the renewal
