Hello,
I'm a new customer, I've downloaded the app but when I try to log in, it tells me to "enter a valid email address", and it won't let me continue.. What should I do?

RalucaE.....did you ever get this rectified? - did anyone from Customer Support contact you? - I'm having the same problem here..............Gotta say Plans might be cheap but Customer Support certainly lacks here.

yeah, that way it works, but it says to activate the account, I have to download the app... final step to get connected.. And when I go there, it won't let me.

@RalucaE , try using a browser instead of going through the app. See if that helps. The app is basically a wrapper that leverage the default browser on your phone.

Have you tried to delete the app and re install it?
