I am locked out of my account and need to get in to update payment .. have been locked out 3 days and can't figure out how to go in and update my payment info etc. Ready to switch if I can't figure out today. Any suggestions

for lock out issue, best to try again using Incognit/private/secret mode on the browser, also, please try using Pubic mobile app as well

and for payment, if you are trying to resume service, get a voucher from Shoppers durg mart , load the voucher using *611

you could just dial 611 using the cellphone, then pay with your on-file credit card. You will need to remember your PM pin number. Alternative is to get payment vouchers at retail store, then again , dial 611 to add 'em.
