I was using my school email, I no longer have access too. I am unable to log in and make payment to my account. I need assistance so I can make my payment and restore service asap. @mediator

Just use the email and password but have the 2FA code sent by text to your phone to access your account.
You can also contact a CS_Agent to have your email change to your current email.

Pay via 611 with a pm voucher then you can contact customer support to change the email.

Your login email is just login ID. It does not have to be active. Use it with correct password to log in.
In the mean time contact agent to update your email.
