@Kokuei   You'll need to submit a ticket to customer support and ask them to reset the password.  The reset email usually comes within in a minute or two but does have an expiry of about half an hour, IIRC.  Use the links provided earlier to contact support.

 

edit:  nvd misread that you've already reset the password.  You can wait a few minutes and retry using private mode.

We can't. The reply from hairbag1 above is what you need. Particularly the wait.

Hello,

I've reset my password already, but I've reached the max attempts at trying to log in, even though I reset my password. Can you unlock my account?

@Kokuei u can try using Incognito mode for your browser or clear the cache... or msg the CS-Agent to reset your password. I hope it can help.

Try using a different web browser.

Clear your cache files.

Try again in an hour.

No, I tried to login and kept mistyping the password and then got locked out of self serve

@Kokuei hi was your account suspended more then 90 days for nonpayment? if it was, your account is permanently closed
