Hello,
I have been locked out of my publicmobile account when i tried to reset the password a little while back. How do I go about unlocking it?

you can try to wait an hour. It might be just a temporary lock for 1 hour.
But of course, if you are unable to figure out the password or via Forgot Password link, then you need to open ticket with PM to get this sorted out
(After you open a ticket with Customer Support Agent, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right. Customer Support Agent will communicate with you via messaging within Community)
1. For faster response (2 to 48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request Cusstomer Support Agent assistance, or you can also use this direct link instead https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click on "Contact Us", click on "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket" then Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
2. Or you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

If it's been a week or more, "a little while back", best to contact a moderator by clicking ?, bottom right, follow instructions to submit a ticket. Wait times are quicker and usually within an hour.

Wait probably won't help as it was little while back while resetting, most likely moderators will have to get involved

@nihohawk wait 50 minutes, clear your browser history , go to incognito private mode, disable ad blocking and try again to reset your password . Also, check you Email, including spam to see if you got a reset link. .
