Hi there I just signed up and subscribed to a plan payment was processed it says but then it also said an account configuration occurred and it wouldn’t the me click to submit ticket to an agent. Just wondering why this came up? Thank you

Did you use the PM app to complete the activation?
If you did then click on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to assist you.

you used the Public Mobile app to subscribe?
and to seek help, since you don't have a properly setup account yet, you cannot use Chatbot to submit. Instead, use private message. You can submit ticket by direct message:
