I can’t access my account to update my debit information. I am without service. 
I tried accessing using incognito as they suggested, on 2 different devices. It didn’t work!

I know that this isn't ideal, but a voucher could be purchased so that your service can be restored. Many small stores sell Public Mobile payment vouchers and so do websites such as recharge.com and muskbird.com.
