I'm locked out of my account because I cant remember my password and it also wont let me reset my password. Need to reset my password

it is nice you step in and help.  But I think you should just make a short note and ask OP to check the inbox and leave the long writing with Private message. 

 

 Posting everything here is dangerous and some people might thought the Community post  here is the proper channel for support and post all the answer here
