Hi I registered and was in the process of paying for my subscription and had an interruption away from the computer. When I returned to continue to pay and finish the transaction i was no longer able to get into my account .Every time i try to sign in it says my email and password don't match...when i try to reset the password i insert the code that i receive on my email, and it says the code is wrong.

@Salal You need the app to activate now since new system update few months ago

@Salal Have you downloaded the app to finish the activation yet ? If so maybe try to clear app cache and uninstall it and re install it . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help
