Locked out of my account again

Hey I'm locked out of my account again. I notice when I don't login for a month or two my account info must change on its own or something.... I need help logging into my account again please. Although it aloud me to use my phone number to reset my account... And did so successfully it won't allow me to use my new password and has now maxed out on the login attempts... Could someone please help me login to my account.

Apparently there's a 90 day clock of logging in. If you don't log in less than that then the login needs to be reset by support. I don't know why. Weird. Just another of many oddities around here.

try to log into your self serve account at least once every three months otherwise after 90 days, it needs to be reset by the customer support agents.

@Sarah230 please try once again to reset password and login with new password using Incognito mode 

 

if that does not work, then you will need to open ticket with PM support
