I have a friend who has an iphone 11 and she is trying to register it and she is having problems. She seems to think that she can't use an iphone 11 on Public Mobile. Since you can bring your own phone, can you bring an iphone 11?

try your PM sim in your friends iPhone 11 to confirm it'll work.
It should be just fine as long as it's not been reported stolen / blacklisted.

@dianedavies, your friend may need to get the phone j locked if it’s come from another provider. If it came from Telus or Koodo, unlocking will not be an issue.

@dianedavies iPhone 11 will work, so it is not a PM issue. But, does the phone ever be used on another network or she just brought it ?? What exact error message she got??

I am sure iPhone 11 will work with PM particularly if it is Canadian edition.
Friend should use COMPUTER and not phone to set up PM account and activate SIM.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

The iPhone 11 should work with PM unless the phone is Blacklisted (list/stolen) phone.
Could we get more details of her issue?
Is she porting her old number from another carrier or picking a new number?
The PM SIM is a 3 in 1 size and the iPhone uses a Nano size.
