I put correct info in n still tells me wrong email or password!! What is going on. Just wanna talk with a PERSON to straightened this out!!

@Bundles - Have you ever created a My Accounts before on these accounts? If not, and you are a current customer (have been active within 90 days and have not ported out to another provider), you can submit a ticket here to: Create or forgot My Account email or password link

Clear cache

Clear cookies

Reboot device

Try different browser.

Just clear your cache on your browser first before login. There is a cache problem on the PM website.

HI@Bundles   you tried to reset the password yet?  Use the Reset password link there

 

or you can open a ticket with CS agent for help at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Bundles   you can try again.  Close the browser and try with Incognito mode

 

if that does not work,, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
