I am trying to update payment info in our accounts, as we received a new credit card.
My son's account is locked and when tried the forgot password option it says
"Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help."

I believe this is something that you should resolve in a private message with someone from public mobile

Looks like you tried to access your account too many times. Try logging back in in an hour and click on Forgot Password.

Usually in such cases the account will get unlocked by itself within about an hour, so you may try after that time.
Alternatively, you can send a private message to CS_Agent with your account details so they can restore your access. It's more reliable than creating a ticket with the chatbot.
