Locked out of account since January 26

I have been locked out of my account since January 26, I had to create a new account just to post this. I have tried waiting for days to login, waited for days again to try the forgot password option. Nothing works and I keep getting a user locked out message. How do I log into my account? I have no data left and just want to add more

My service has not been working. It only works if I am connected to wifi. I have tried the app and the browser in incognito mode, the issue is the same with both, I am still locked out. I sent a PM to a CS agent a few hours ago. How long is the typical wait time for a response?

but your service has been working?

are you using the browser or Public Mobile app?  Try both.  For borwser, try Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser.  For app, try uninstall and reinstall the app

Are you using the PM app? Try login to the app and click on Add-on.

If that fails, your only option is to contact a CS_Agent to help you login to purchase Add-on at:

Usually you can click on the option to reset password.  But if it doesn't work you can send a message to customer service at the link below and ask them to help.
