Sorry @StevieStevieMtl , you can only activate here with a valid Canadian or US credit card.
After this is done, however, you can ask the Customer Support agents to remove the credit card details from your account and pay with a debit Visa or debit MasterCard on a go forward.
You can also pay ongoing with payment vouchers available at many locations, or make payment via recharge.com (for a fee).

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
