I need some urgent assistance with resetting my other account. I cannot sign in or reset my password.

@softech : Can you kindly tell me what the DL is for the support team? is the one that says Support when I search for the it?

Yes it is separate but still it doesn't work

Hi. I tried the steps and issue is still there. I tried the private message link. It only leads to a page with the word private message. There is no field to write anything at all. Please kindly advise.

@Quinshin 

Does your other account have its own separate email address to login?  

With public mobile, each PM phone number needs its own separate email address/account.

did you try on both browser and app?

I suggest you to wait another hour and try again

  1. using the browser with Incognito mode
  2. Try again using the app.  If you have already installed the app, uninstall , reboot and reinstall.  
    And remember to grant Location Permission to the app before trying to login
