Some help here would be appreciated. I managed my son's phone and account up until now. He wanted his account to be his so went to start the process not aware of this new Eversafe sign in. I mistakenly changed what I thought was his account/password for public mobile into the Eversafe system. Now I'm locked out of that account and in an endless loop of trying to get in and get help because apparently Eversafe ended up with a new email and password. Eversafe sends a verification to the changed email but sends a verification to an unknown number. I can log into community with the old email an password but am to view the phone account because it just keeps sending me back to the same sign in page. I tried a ticket but I keep getting an error presumably because the I cannot log properly into that account.
So unbelievably frustrating!

Did you register an Eversafe ID for your son? You need to register first before login.
Click on Sign Up if you haven’t.

I would try the obvious first and chat with an operator. They are great and patient.

@Bowser95 Try tapping resend code a few times . You should get option to send code to email instead . If still no luck . Please submit ticket to support to help you regain access to it
