How do I reset my password when I receive a message stating "sorry you've been locked out of your account. Please contact Public Mobile for help" ? My account has been paid up until July 9th 2022. Thanks in advance.

If forgotten password link does not work for you, only solution is agent:
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
