Mother phone account was locked out; tried resetting the password via the confirmation codes. Get to the page where I can reset the password, but then it says the account is locked when I enter the new password information. I am then brought back to the same page to reset my password again and I am stuck in the endless loop.

did you use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on the browser to login My Account? Reset password on Incognito mode, then after you reset the new password, wait another 15 mins and then use Incognito mode to try login
