Hey … sorry but I’m the farthest thing a computer geek .. never own one … I’m barely figuring on how to communicate on here!!. Truly just want to give up an let them have my money an go else where but I am also not a quitter… Is there not a way to solve this ..that is in a language I understand??. I barely type!!. Any answer in simple terms would be helpful… going in circles

I tried everything ( I think )… but just kept looping me back … 4 hours of frustration… so gave up and went to Telus store .. they couldn’t help so I ended up going back to a Telus plan..But it was4 hour for them to get the mess figure out ..while I stood there ..2 of them pulling there hair out…. Sooo I’m out 8 hours of my life an 42 $ .. totally never recommend

@66mck Another thought, do you mean you tried the link you were given to contact customer service but it did not allow you to do anything with it? If that's the case you need to make sure you are logged in to this community, as you are when you post here, otherwise it doesn't work.

are you trying to call out someone in your post? If so, then you start typing @ and start typing the person name
or you meant the "link" to to friend referral code? if so, and if you missed adding the code, you need to put in a ticket with PM support agent:

So, Public Mobile is a self serve service. Granted it's more for technically inclined folks BUT, it can be done.
Where did you finish off last? Are you using the app to sign up?
